Dr. TEP Mongkul
Dr. TEP Mongkul possesses over 19 years of experiences in leading, managing, teaching and training to improve high standard of implications for achieving educational goals of the institution. Currently, Dr. Mongkul works as The Assessor to The ACC (Accreditation Committee of Cambodia), and Program Committee of the CamTESOL. He is also the Vice Chair of the Board of Trustee of an educational institution in Phnom Penh. Dr. Mongkul’s past positions include Head of the Department of Human Resources and Quality Control at the BNNC__an Affiliation of Norton University. He had been the Dean of the Faculty of Arts, Humanities and Languages for Western University for 10 years (2005-2012, part-timed in KPC, 2015-2017, full-timed in PP). Moreover, he worked for the United Nations as the Conference Assistant and Protocol Assistant during the 58th Session at the UN Conference Center in Bangkok, Thailand. On April 11, 2013, he received an award of 10 years outstanding senior lecturer in the same university. Dr. Mongkul graduated a Doctoral Degree in Educational Management (D.Ed 2016), a Master’s Degree in Educational Management (M.Ed 2010), a Master’s Degree in Development Management (M.D.M 2008), a Master’s Degree of Arts in English (M.A 2015), and a Bachelor’s Degree of Education in English (B. Ed.2002). From 2001 to 2002, he was offered a scholarship in an exchange program to study in Bangkok University International College of Thailand and earned an outstanding academic result amongst the international participants of the nineteen countries attended. He attended the international training of Young Professionals in Tagaytay, the Philippines in 2005, and he was selected to be an Exchange Academic to visit the University of the Philippines in Manila in 2006.
