Mr. Borey Be

Mr. Borey Be is a committed academic and education professional with extensive experience in teaching, research, and academic leadership in higher education in Cambodia. He currently serves as a Lecturer at the College of Education, University of Cambodia, where he teaches various courses in educational science and English language teaching.
Mr. Be is a Doctoral Candidate in Educational Science at The University of Cambodia. He also holds a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and Policy from Beijing Normal University, China, and a Bachelor of Arts in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) from Pannasastra University of Cambodia.
Over the past decade, he has held various academic and professional roles, including Head of Department of English Literature at Saint Paul Institute, Post Graduate School Coordinator at Phnom Penh International University, and Research and Data Specialist at various organisations. In these roles, he oversaw curriculum development, coordinated academic programs, provided student support services, and mentored faculty members in professional growth.
Mr. Be is an active researcher with numerous peer-reviewed publications in areas such as online teaching readiness, educational leadership, parental involvement, and inclusive education. His scholarly work has appeared in international journals including the Journal of Research in Social Science and Language, European Journal of Education, and F1000Research. He has also presented at various academic conferences and contributed book reviews to journals like the Turkish Online Journal of Distance Education and Journal of Comparative & International Higher Education.
With his strong background in research, curriculum development, and educational policy, he is dedicated to advancing quality teaching and learning in Cambodian higher education. He is passionate about empowering students and educators alike through evidence-based practices and lifelong learning.
